equipment rental store! We offer the highest quality of
well-maintained equipment. It is our goal to help you get
your job done right with the right equipment. We want you to
be satisfied with your rental experience. Our staff makes
customer service and satisfaction a priority. We are
eager for you to experience the value of renting again &
again.
Our rates
afford you the opportunity to get your job done economically.
Some of our equipment has a minimum three hour rate. However, you
can rent the equipment for as long as you desire.
We are
constantly increasing our inventory. If you do not see an
item listed that you are interested in renting, please call us. Our
purchases are based on customer demand, so if we are not currently
carrying the right equipment for your jobs - let us know. If
you need it, we want to rent it!
Responsibility for the equipment remains with the
customer from the time the rental equipment leaves the store until
the time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when
not in use and is protected from the weather as appropriate.
Equipment must be returned during our store
hours. We have no facilities to accept after-hours drop off
of equipment. Rented equipment is the customer's
responsibility until it has been checked back into the store.
A check-in receipt from the counter terminates the rental.
While we provide the best in preventative
maintenance for our equipment, problems do occur. Please
notify us promptly in the event problems develop. Prompt
notification permits us to adjust charges, issue rainchecks, or
switch equipment with you. Many times the solution is simple
and can be solved right over the phone.
Customers - please remember, we do charge for all
time out, not the time you are using the equipment. If the
equipment is not in the strore, we can't rent it. Customers
are responsible for all charges at the point of rental. We
will endeavor to assist you in selecting the proper equipment for
your job, however we make no guarantee that the equipment you rent
is the equipment you needed.
All rentals include a 10% damage waiver charge
unless declined at time of rentla. If you have any questions
